Chromebook orders will be delivered to school. Collection date of the Chromebook will be arranged and communicated by the school. Please approach the school for information on collection date. 

Chrome Care is a Chromebook warranty provided by GSA for 3 years (carry-in warranty to Edxis Service Center). Pickup & Return Service provided for the full duration of the warranty with the purchase of Chrome Care. 

Chrome Shield is a 3 years Chromebook insurance provided by GSA as an add-on option to Chrome Care. It covers repairs resulting from accidental damage.

*Accessories consist of 1 x Chromebook bag, 1 x USB-C to HDMI adapter, 1 x USB Mouse.

Warranty:

• Base warranty – Device comes with 1st year base warranty (carry-in warranty to Edxis Service Centre).
• Extended Warranty – Extended 2nd and 3rd year on top of base warranty, plus Pickup & Return Service provided for all 3 years.
• Chrome Shield – Additional protection on top of Chrome Care, should the Chromebook be accidentally damaged, you can send it to us for repair at a lower cost

** Note: All prices are shown in SGD inclusive of GST. For more details of Chrome Care and Chrome Shield, kindly refer to the warranty document. Schools may choose to purchase the Chrome Education Upgrade (CEU) licenses from GSA to centrally manage the student’s Chromebook usage during school hours from the school’s G Suite domain.
